Position: SVP, Public Affairs
The Senior Vice President, Public Affairs leads the public relations, social media and internal communications function for Experian North America. He/she is responsible for reputation management, media relations, internal communications, social media, consumer advocacy and crisis management. This role serves as chief media spokesperson for the NA region to position Experian positively in the marketplace and will spearhead Experian’s crisis and issues management, with a view that decisions and actions have global impact. This leader will also oversee a team of communications and social media professionals representing businesses across Experian, including Credit Services, Decision Analytics, Consumer Services, Healthcare, Automotive, Marketing Services and the Public Sector.
This role reports directly to the CEO of North America and participates as a member of the NA leadership team. He/she will work closely with legal, government affairs, human resources and investor relations. Working closely with global PR teams, he/she will have a dotted line to the SVP of Group OR and CSR.
