On Wednesday, February 5, 2020, our second impactSHOW program came back to 70+ Microsoft Stores across the United States in another value-packed, educational experience centered around “How to Build a Super Network”.

Our IMA team transformed the rest of our highly successful impactSHOW19 event into a 90-minute video and workshop program filled with insights from many of its inspirational keynote speakers which include:
- Jeff Kearl, Founder of Stance
- Alma Derricks, former CMO of Cirque de Soleil and founder of REV
- Jay Symonds, Senior Manager at Amazon.

I had the honor of sharing my own recorded segment in the program, and provided my thought leadership on building a powerful network after 20+ years of fostering relationships.
IMA’s content would add value by providing Microsoft Stores with exclusive original programming to engage business customers in a unique experience at its retail locations. Careful attention was placed on the flow and content of the program, with each presenter’s content curated to complement what followed. The impactSHOW program would teach the basics of:
- How to build a super network
- Branding and how it relates to networking
- Day 1 vs. Day 2 mentality

Attendees learned how to improve their networking skills and grow their business, the essence of an effective leader, and the core foundation beneath all successful brands today. All of our attendees would also receive – our multipage IMPACT Report, free one-year IMA membership, and access to IMA’s brand-new IMA VT Training platform.
Thank you again to our IMA team for their invaluable work for producing this event, and our Microsoft partners – for connecting us to their stores and making an IMPACT to their audience.
