HealthCues has partnered with a full-service FDA approved COVID testing company located in Dallas. We provide medical assistants to help facilitate the tests and our FDA approved CLIA certified labs across the US can process over 400,000 tests per day.

HOW RELIABLE IS THE TEST?
We use Thermo Fisher Technology which is 100% accurate with 100% sensitivity to produce Positive, Negative, or Inconclusive results (no false positive/negative). These tests detect all current COVID strains: Delta, Delta Plus, Lambda, and Omicron.
WHY SHOULD WE TEST FOR COVID-19?
Without knowing the specific prevalence of COVID-19, it’s tough to make informed decisions about safeguarding. Because many people are asymptomatic, they may be carrying the COVID-19 and unknowingly transmit the infection to healthy individuals. Testing will help identify and isolate infected individuals reducing the need for large scale quarantines while lowering overall infection rates.
HOW DOES THE TESTING PROCESS WORK?
We provide everything needed for testing including a nurse. We will work with you and your staff to design and implement a simple process that minimizes disruption. Our nurses will come to tests weekly or as often as you desire. Our nasal swab is non-invasive, and results will be uploaded onto our portal within 24 to 48 hours.
WHAT IF A TEST COMES BACK POSITIVE?
If an individual tests positive, we will report the results to the Department of Health and also notify you and the person that tested positive. We can also provide a tele-medicine online doctor to the person who tested positive in case they have questions or need medicine. All at no cost.
