Five Local Men Are Being Honored for Their Service to The Community
The Orange County Council, Boy Scouts of America (OCBSA) will recognize five Orange County men for their outstanding lifetime contributions to their community on Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2022, at Hyatt Regency John Wayne Airport in Newport Beach, CA.
The “Men of Character” are selected based upon their impact on the community and for embodying the values that Boy Scouts of America cultivate in the youth. They are chosen through a volunteer committee composed of past honorees and Scouting volunteers. The five men honored include business leaders across Orange County:
These men of character are Greg Custer of Whittier Trust, Paul Folino of Commercial Bank of California, Kyle Goerlitz of Gary Bale Redi Mix Concrete, Ken Peterson of First American Trust, and Bill Skeffington of Ben’s Asphalt, Inc.
