Knecht brings over 18 years experience in the healthcare industry, serving clients as a health educator, coach and speaker. In previous educator roles, Knecht has spearheaded over 200 speaking engagements. She has been a certified health coach for 16 years and recognizes the healthcare industry is constantly evolving, Knecht actively pursues ways to support those advances.
As the Director of Client Success, Knecht will build upon new and established client relationships through increasing program engagement. She will ensure clients are supported, comfortable and highly satisfied with the programs entirety. Combining her previous industry experience, Knecht will facilitate in the development and promotion, and will act as liaison between HealthCues and any new services and benefits HealthCues is offering.

Cassie Nix has been in the preventative healthcare industry for over five years. Throughout her tenure as an operational leader, she specialized in building successful teams and corresponding procedures, creating the most ideal and efficient workflow environment. She brings experience in premium finance and medical office billing, giving her a knack for both customer and carrier-facing sides of the insurance industry.
As Director of Operations, Nix will play a leading role in customer retention initiatives and company growth strategies by driving sales and overseeing best business practices. Maximizing internal performance through collaboration and the cohesion of various departments will facilitate HealthCues in their rapid growth.
