ViewSonic Corp. has a 35 year legacy of not only delivering innovative solutions to education, enterprise and consumers, but they also have a rich history of customer and community support. Recently ViewSonic employees fundraised and donated money to support Make-A-Wish of Orange County and the Inland Empire. ViewSonic employees raised over $20,000 which allowed them to grant 2 wishes to local children suffering from critical illnesses.
The company further supported Make-A-Wish by donating an additional $10,000 on Giving Tuesday.
Every 20 minutes a child is diagnosed with a critical illness that is progressive, degenerative or malignant. Make-A-Wish was founded to grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. For those children, life is very different. Time in hospitals, grueling treatments, isolation from friends and family and basically not being able to be a kid. Knowing that their wish will be granted gives these children the strength to fight their critical illness, comply with treatment and improve their emotional well-being.
There are over 500 critically ill children in Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties waiting for their wish to be granted.
ViewSonic continues to encourage other organizations to help where they can and show up when it matters. Support makes all the difference and strength in community begins by getting involved.
