NeighborWorks Orange County (NWOC) celebrated a successful Annual Homebuyer Day, held on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at the Downtown Anaheim Community Center. The event aimed to support low-to-moderate income first-time homebuyers by providing valuable resources and information on down payment programs, in collaboration with key community partners, including the cities of Garden Grove, Anaheim, and Santa Ana.

This year’s Homebuyer Day, centrally located at 250 E.
