This leadership role offers the opportunity to work alongside Wealth Advisors to deliver sophisticated financial planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families. The position focuses on developing comprehensive financial plans that address retirement, tax, estate, and cash flow planning while helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.
The Director of Financial Planning will analyze financial documents, prepare planning recommendations, collaborate with clients’ CPAs and attorneys, and help enhance the firm’s financial planning processes. The role also requires staying current on evolving tax laws, estate planning strategies, and regulatory developments.
Ideal candidates will have at least five years of financial planning experience within a wealth management or registered investment advisor (RIA) environment, along with strong analytical and communication skills. A CFP® designation (or active pursuit with completion expected within 12 months) is required, as is experience with financial planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or Wealth.com.
