GUGLI, an innovator in real-time sensing and monitoring of critical emergency responder infrastructure for both indoors and outdoors as well as private and commercial wireless networks, has achieved several key milestones in advancing the oversight and resilience of vital communications following the success of multiple initiatives over the summer.
Highlights of those initiatives include:
- Alignment and certification with NFPA 1225 and UL 2524 standards, ensuring compliance with AHJ and regulatory requirements with recent deployments reaching key milestones that help property owners reduce testing costs, automate compliance records, avoid fines and strengthen protection across their facilities
- Active engagement and partnership with the FirstNet Authority at the federal level to support national public safety initiatives focused on removing downtime and enhancing oversight of critical infrastructure that supports more than 9 million connections nationwide
- Ongoing pilots with multiple Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) across the country, tailoring GUGLI’s software and solutions to meet their operational needs for uptime, compliance and public safety readiness
- Active and planned pilots in the UK, Ireland, Scotland, Dubai and Abu Dhabi to address emerging global in-building public safety communication standards and support smart building technology to save property loss and enhance emergency situational awareness
- Partnerships with global property portfolios, fire marshals and service providers to ensure facilities are fully prepared for emergency communications and protection requirements
- Ongoing discussions with major national box store chains to enhance ERRCS deployments and ensure large retail properties are fully protected and inspection-ready
- Multi-year agreements with major partners in the development and integration sectors, supporting their efforts to enhance solutions for their clients, while managing and monitoring critical communications systems they have deployed at scale
“One of our fundamental goals is to help integrate the entire ecosystem around real-time building safety through advanced technologies that enhance critical emergency responder radio communications systems,” said GUGLI Co-Founder and CEO Dan Leaf. “Owners and integrators using the GUGLI solution are seeing lower ERRCS maintenance and testing costs, increased uptime with automated fault detection, and simplified compliance reporting for AHJs. Current deployments are showing strong results, and we are on track to have 50 deployed pilots by December 2025.”
GUGLI provides real-time ERRCS visibility for both indoor critical infrastructure systems (DAS, donor antennas, passive DAS in buildings, tunnels, and campuses) and outdoor deployments (public venues, transportation hubs, event spaces). It ensures 24/7 first responder radio reliability and faster response times to protect building occupants, visitors, first responder and property.
