David Nazaryk is the Managing Director of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading provider of development services to real estate investors, owners, and occupiers. Since joining TCC in 1996, David has been instrumental in shaping the company’s Southern California portfolio, overseeing the development of 6 million square feet of office and industrial projects and the master planning of an additional 10.6 million square feet across the region.
In his role, David is responsible for the operations of TCC’s Southern California group, including sourcing, underwriting, financing, and project development. His expertise spans office and industrial real estate, where he consistently delivers high-quality, innovative developments tailored to the needs of clients and communities.
David is actively involved in professional organizations that shape the real estate industry. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and a Developer Associate Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
