At Cardone Ventures, Sean partners with the leadership team on key initiatives across the enterprise, including driving growth through the core CV business, and strategic new growth areas like 10X Insurance, 10X Business Advisor, and 10X Buy Sell.

He applies a 10X approach to growing businesses from a 360-degree perspective, including operations, marketing, finance, and people.
Prior to joining Cardone Ventures, Sean helped propel EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants and its’ associated retail and wholesale brands to annual revenue in excess of $1.7B, acquiring and integrating over 60 businesses in the retail and wholesale insurance brokerage sectors in conjunction with sponsors Stone Point Capital, The Carlyle Group, Oak Hill Capital, and Harvest Partners. During an 11-year career with Wells Fargo, Sean led the bank’s expansion into the retail insurance sector, creating a best-in-class national brokerage platform that delivered over $5B in Enterprise Value.
Throughout his career, Sean has been recognized for his involvement in business, civic, and philanthropic organizations around the country, notably the Internet Marketing Association (Guinness World Record Recipient – IMPACT 20), and co-founder of the International Executive Council (IEC).
