In addition to his leadership at The MacArthur Group, Tom serves as the CEO and Owner of Miramar Health, a highly regarded Community Care Provider specializing in intensive substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health treatment for America’s veterans.
Tom’s unique and distinguished background as a former enlisted Marine infantryman, Naval Academy graduate, and Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal officer provides him with a profound understanding of the challenges veterans face.
