Both Kyle Kamrooz and Carey Ransom were recently named to the OC50 rising entrepreneurs list by Orange County Business Journal. Kyle and Carey co-founded Operate in 2020 and have nearly 30 early-stage companies in their portfolio there. They also co-founded Bonus, a residential real estate fintech startup in 2022, which Kyle now runs as CEO. Carey is also Managing Director of BankTech Ventures, the leading strategic investment fund for the future of banking, which he co-founded 4 years ago to serve over 100 banks across the US.
