GUGLI, an innovator in high-reliability, real-time systems for monitoring and ensuring the readiness of critical communications for life safety and other applications, has opened a new corporate headquarters facility in San Marcos, Texas.
The 24,000-sq.-ft. facility serves as the company’s center for operations, manufacturing, R&D testing, product development and AI labs. It is expected to bring more than 150 jobs to the local market.
“This is a very exciting milestone in the company’s evolution,” said GUGLI Co-Founder and CEO Dan Leaf. “We are poised to take significant steps in our growth, and this new facility equips us to maximize those bright opportunities that are ahead of us.”
The new headquarters comes online at a moment of accelerating global demand for the kind of resilient, real-time communications monitoring GUGLI delivers. The global public safety and security market is projected to grow from roughly $568 billion in 2025 to more than $1.39 trillion by 2035, with critical communication networks identified as the largest solution segment.
The public safety in-building wireless DAS market alone is forecast to expand at a 7.2% compound annual growth rate through 2035 as building codes evolve worldwide and as airports, hospitals, transit systems and large venues modernize aging infrastructure. Against that backdrop, GUGLI’s expanded footprint directly addresses the rising need for AI-powered, edge-to-antenna monitoring that legacy systems cannot provide.
“The excitement around our innovation is real, and it’s well earned,” said GUGLI Co-Founder and CTO Josh Helling. “Nothing else on the market delivers true insight into full system networks the way our platform does. We are fundamentally redefining what so many in the industry are still calling ‘monitoring.'”
In parallel, GUGLI has dramatically expanded its national footprint through channel partnerships, with over 20 certified partners signed across the country. This ecosystem positions GUGLI for rapid, compliant deployments at scale, reinforcing operational readiness and the ability to support large portfolios and enterprise-level customers.
GUGLI technology is focused on the verification of indoor and outdoor communications networks before they are needed, with resiliency as the new safety standard. This network resiliency must be treated similarly to life-safety infrastructure. In other words, it must be tested, verified and trusted before the moment of need.
Reliable system resiliency is a vital and cross-functional responsibility that brings together stakeholders including public safety and emergency response, facilities and operations, security and access control, and communications and command centers.
GUGLI provides real-time visibility for both indoor critical infrastructure systems (e.g., DAS, donor antennas, passive DAS) in buildings, tunnels and campuses as well as for outdoor deployments such as public venues, transportation hubs and event spaces. It helps ensure 24/7 reliability and faster response times to protect building occupants, visitors, first responders and property.
