Ken Wink is the CEO of Ware Malcomb, a global design firm providing integrated services in architecture, planning, and engineering. With over 35 years of industry experience, he leads the firm’s overall vision, growth, and operations, and serves on its Board of Directors.
Ken is a leading voice in reindustrialization and manufacturing in the new frontier, advocating for design solutions that meet the evolving needs of global industry. Since joining Ware Malcomb in 1994, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s national footprint, opening and growing key offices, and mentoring leaders across the organization.
His project expertise spans industrial, commercial, retail, and public facilities, and he has worked with many of the country’s top developers and corporate clients to shape the built environment.
Ken is NCARB certified and actively involved in industry and philanthropic organizations including the Building Block Foundation Fund (BBFF) and NAIOP.
